All services are provided on a best-effort basis.Nordhub does not guarantee:
- Sales
- Bookings
- Revenue
- Follower growth
- Advertising performance
- Engagement levels

Customer Responsibilities

- You own or have rights to all content you upload or publish.
- You comply with applicable laws and platform policies (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok).
- You do not use Nordhub for illegal, misleading, or abusive purposes.
- You are responsible for decisions made using insights or outputs from the platform.
- Nordhub is not responsible for how you use the Service or for outcomes resulting from your actions.

How we protect your information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our Site.

Third-Party Platforms & Services

Nordhub may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms, including but not limited to social media networks, advertising platforms, design tools, or analytics providers.
Nordhub:
- Does not control these platforms
- Is not responsible for outages, API changes, account suspensions, bans, or policy enforcement by third parties
- Does not guarantee continued compatibility with third-party services

Payments & Subscriptions

- Fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan.
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
- No refunds are provided except where required by Finnish or EU law.
- Nordhub reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

Nordhub retains all rights to the platform, software, and related materials. You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant Nordhub a limited right to process and display your content solely for providing the Service. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform.

Nordhub Oy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Nordhub in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nordhub Oy from claims arising from:

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
